No, I eat scrambled eggs, usually with a little cheese mixed in, or in an omlette. I was remarking on ursen's choice to eschew busicuits for toast it could at least have been used to dip in the eggs.Wait a minute. . .
I only eat eggs scrambled. I can't stand them any other way. Are you saying that I am on the dark side? I didn't realize there was an egg connoisseur subculture. . .
Not derailed at all, or even kidnapped, food is what this is all about. Baking soda will do the same thing for a pot of beans, just don't use the pressure cooker while doing that. Using a pressure cooker for beans can be touch and go, and needs some care and forethought. Save the pressure cooker for tough cuts of meat. Or doing 'taters and carrots in less time than the nuker. Sorry no love for guacamole here, if it is part of one of my Mexican dishes I just give it to my better half.
