I'd have to say the day my prof showed us that in class was probably the most memorable I've ever had in math.

The second most memorable was his declaring himself a 'pigeon hole slum lord' as he 'slapped the pigeons into their holes' as he taught us the Pigeonhole Principal.

He's now one of my all time favorite profs on campus...

A few days ago my physics prof brought a 2 meter metal tube to class. He then used it as a blow gun shooting a nail across the room only by blowing. We calculated the speed. It was going 160 out of the barrel.

probably put something inside it to hold the nail in until pressure finally makes it bust through... causing about 10 times the speed that you could create just blowing through it
