It's like he's biting me right as I dish out one of the final blows lol

NO!!!

GAH!!!

haha, jk. but seriously. man, i hate soda... can't stand the stuff. I quit soda, cold turkey... about a year ago... and it is like the testimony of the gospel... " I am free!!!" haha... but honestly, i didn't realize how much of an acquired taste soda pop is. I try to have it now and it just tastes like sugar water.

Try the rat poison....i mean diet stuff....

I had to switch to diet mt. dews . With all the sugar and my present lack of serious physical activity i was growing pretty quick...and not in that nifty vertical way.....BUT now I can hardly take the sugar shock of a regular one.....so yeah I can relate to the sugar water.....more like syrup :D

nope.... teh diet is bad, as well... i think. Plus it has been proven that the sugar used in the diets is like.... bad for your brain.... or something.

Everything is bad for you. It's just a matter of choosing the lesser of evils.

*cry* that seems to be my only eating choices. "the Lesser of two evils". Either that or go ALL ORGANIC... which is CRAZY EXPENSIVE. *cry*

Lord God, if you find favor in your servant, please provide organic food for me. So that i may make your temple completely clean; and to give myself extra energy to worship you more fervently. Amen.

only aspartame. But that was recently found to not cause brain cancer in humans.

Everything in large doses will kill you. That's why I eat junk food 'in moderation'.

But hey, I'm a stick and can do that kind of thing... ;) :D

nah, i'm not afraid of becoming fat... trust me... yet i do like being healthy... and good muscle. Ask Atown, a stick doesn't mean your healthy... it means you hurt your wrist when going bowling because the balls are to heavy... haha, just giving you a hard time Atown... Love ya man.

Woohoo! We're switching back to Earthlink!

Imagine...we send them money, they give us internet service! Revolutionary concept, isn't it?

right on.... go earth link.... problem is, you do get bad reception from mars or venus... but, if you are located in or around the earth you should be good.

You understand the color of the sky doesn't matter. Since light is traveling through the earth's atmosphere, the human eye picks up the easiest part of the color of light that it can... blue... blue is the easiest color for our human eyes to catch... thus, the sky is blue... (and the atmosphere has a good amount to do with it to.... BUT, that doesn't matter)

sorry, double post (i'm a master at this, almost as good as C$ :p)
not really, the wave for blue color is the one that remains most prominantly in the sky as the rays of sunlight fly through the atmosphere to reach the earth during midday, and when the light travels through more atmosphere (morning and evening when the sun is on the horizon) the atmosphere picks up mainly red...

however all colors of natural light exist in the atmosphere during all times except solar eclipses... but it would be easier for me to explain with a picture:
earthskycolors.jpg

By the way if you open up MS Paint and go to Colors>Edit Colors>Define Custom Colors and start at blue going right you should notice roughly the same color sequence in my demonstration of the sky's colors (which was a terrible demonstration compiled in less than 3 minutes)... and the difference between Paint's sequence that the actual sky itself is simply that paint's color sequence is very equally set out, each main color having its own set amount of space, whereas the shape of the atmosphere makes the sky's colors uneven, and also paint's doesn't reverse on itself or go continuously (at night, the colors go in reverse from purple and during sunset it reverses from blue through red to purple). Furthermore Paint has a gray and black area, but black is the night sky's final color (lack of light) and gray is really a light affect caused by various obstructions (usually clouds)

Also, ironically enough, MS Paint starts with red, and the day starts... with red!

PS the dark area in the center of the picture that would be the sky was blue when i drew it but from MS Paint to this website it managed to darken a lot...

That's what he said, Atown. :) But he used pictures.

As for the sensitivity of the human eye...

Wikipedia said:
A light-adapted eye typically has its maximum sensitivity at around 555 nm, in the green region of the optical spectrum.
I knew it was green, but I now know the exact wavelength. That will probably, last, oh, ten minutes. I doubt I'll need the exact wavelength again anytime soon...
