You mean Huckabee?
Oh wait... he doesn't believe in evolution... so he couldn't be a wolf in a Republican disguise...
=X!
I liked Ron Paul until he started to say whatever would get people to like him...
I don't like Huckabee... no evolution? Come on.
Also, I am for the separation of Church and State, Huckabee is for displaying the Ten Commandments in public schools. To me, that is anything but the separation of the Church and State; which is one of the founding principles of our nation.
He is also for Tax-credited programs for Christian schooling. I am not sure if this is for private schools or public. I find it appalling if he intends this for public schools, run by the government.
By displaying the Ten Commandments in public schools, where children of other religions congregate to learn, it can force Christianity upon them. It is not fair to them, nor is it appropriate in a learning environment. If they want to learn more about Christianity, they can visit a local church and learn there. I find it quite controversial.

I don't like either... go Obama!
I believe the Tax Credits thing that was refered to that Huckabee is supposed to support is for private schools, not public. That wouldn't make sense.
Like say you are a parent and you pull your kid out of public school for whatever the reason may be, and enroll him/her in a private school or homeschool, currently you still have to pay taxes that go toward public schools and everyone else's kids. While you'll have to pay extra out of pocket for private schools. Instead, you'll get a a tax credit, maybe a tax write off, so that that money is redirected at your kid instead of someone else's.
The thing is, I don't follow them to closely. I just pray for who God wants me to vote for and on voting I go in and vote.
That'll work.
I'm a bit surprised that Christians would vote for pro-abortion candidates, but, it's your choice of course.
A guy who supports the vivisection and murder of unborn children could still be a great president, right?![]()

We got pretty ticked off when we had to pay for the new high school they put in that I don't attend.
Im pretty sure that if you paid for a private school out of your own pocket, then you would also pay for public school out of your taxes.
