I think your paladin health req is a bit high. Rengeof, very well geared, only has 11.5k health unbuffed. Jurlshannara, an sga prot paladin only has around 11k unbuffed too.

I have been working on all Trinity addons to prep for 2.3 and one of the things I added to Trinity Chat is the ability to pull names from guild notes. Here is a screenshot of it in action :) - Oh yeah, Trinity Chat will also have the option to color character names by class.
