What bands do you guys like?

I was just wondering what are some of your guy's favorite Christian bands?  Amoung mine are Jars of Clay and a local band called Remedy.  They are really good especially the bass player(the bass solo video is awesome at their website).  I think they are going to go pro after the youngest one graduates.  I don't know if this is true but thats what I've heard.  If you like christian music you should check it out.www.oneremedy.net and also they are all brothers.

So what if its off topic maybe this is the ppl that moody knows and would like to hear responses from cuz maybe we the CS ppl dont like to mingle into the general discussion forums as often as we should

Yeah I'm into 12 Stones and Evanescance...also like Audio Adrenaline, Switchfoot, Skillet, Bleach, Pillar, Reliant K, Five Iron Frenzy, Lifehouse, etc...

I like a lot of secular m00sic too...I don't think there's anything wrong with that. As far as that goes I'm big into Linkin Park (although outside of music they curse like sailors =/ ), Weezer, huge Dave Matthews Band fan, Blue Man Group, Enya, Spoon, some Phish, Oasis, Moby, big into Jimmy Eat World and U2, Coldplay...I like instrumental stuff too...

As you can see I have a wide variety of music that I listen to

w0ot to dead_aim, finaly, somone other then me that likes newboys, w0otzer. They're really da band that got me into christian music. Also w0otzer to tasty seeing as he has good taste in christian music, switchfoot, reliant K, and pillar are all awsome.
 
I've never really been too hung up on Christian music...most of what i had heard is the "Amy Grant" genre of music... but then i found Pillar...

these guys rock. For about the last 3 weeks, Echelon has been playing constantly in my truck

I'm just sad that i had to move to my new house on the day the Pillar was performing in San Antonio

Go drummergirl^^ I was hoping someone else liked newsboys. My friend turned me onto them the other day, its funny everyone was cruisin around listen to some trashy (and by that I mean foul) rap music and we were crusin around jamming to newsboys.
 
i love all types of music i perfer christian but incubus is coo also, and oh yeah i am a Newsboys fan also




let my friends start the bashing of me... ( for like newsboys)
 
Yeah I heard a lil of kutless on the radio a few days ago, I only heard thay're song "run" but I totaly fell in love with the song
