I know some of you arent fans of Dr. Hagen thats fine but I hold to this. He said that God said for this year there will be preperation seperation and restoration. I know I can see this activley happening praise the Lord for what he will do.

Dr. Kenneth Hagen...a Word of Faith propagator (cultist...).
And I hate to tell you this, but, umm...that is such a vague prophecy there's no words to explain it. That sounds just like a "prophecy" Hagen, Hinn or Copeland would spew off in the Name o' Da LORD! Hall-you-ya!
Preparation? Of freaking what? Separation? Restoration? Holy crap, that prophecy could be applied to cellular mitosis! Cells prep, cells split, and cells reform. Sorry man, but if that's a prophecy, I weep for the prophets.

You dont have to believe it. However I still hold to God and that there will always be prophets. Also the word of faith is not cultist.

My apologies to CCGR and NSpire, but I just don't have the time to moderate this discussion.

By the way, if anyone wants to help write our new Terms of Service for the Christian Gamers Alliance forums, please e-mail me at tek7 AT cgalliance DOT org. It's fairly obvious that we need to institute some sort of guideline for behavior.

Why was this moved? I never ment for it to be a discussion. You guys said to use prayer requests untill you come up with a inspiration forum so I did.

Seeing as how it is in religeous discussion may as well discuss it. Preperation: I am not sure but he is praparing us for somthing. Seperation: from sinfull things and people also I believe there will soon be a huge split in the church. Restoration: to those that have lost faith and to those things that where taken. I cant go into as I need to go have dinner but I will later.

right, so it fits right in with the rest of Christian prophecy

I posted this in another forum it should explain in more detail.
I cant really explain that. That wasent my original intent to type that but as I was I heard "somthing" say to and my fingers acted to it without my knowing exactly what was going on. Well I believe the Lord is preparing us for somthing although I do not know what but I thank him that he is. Now as far as seperationg goes. I believe there will be a huge split in the church soon I believe there will be the side that wishes to be with the world and those that wish to fight the good fight of faith. This may be what we are preparing for. This way we may know who we really are and that we may put petty differences aside and try to bring God back to this country before we leave it. Restoration I believe meens alot. I believe things that we have lost so long as we will use it to his glory it will be resotred to us. I believe as siggy said that it also meens a lost relationship with God. I can see all of these things happening whether it be around the nation/world or in my own personel life. I hope this explain things to you.

Quote[/b] (4t0p @ Oct. 09 2003,8:08)]so your calling yourself a prophet?
No I do not believe God has given me that anointing. But that is the interperatation that I get from the words that God gave Dr.Hagen

Those beliefs are really nice, but is it a prophecy? Again, that is extremely vague.
"There is a break coming, but don't be afraid, brethren, for a healing patch will come and show the truth..." Nostrodamus couldn't have done worse!
When prophecies are vague, and some magic event happens, these Word of Faithers are allowed to come and say, "See? Just like the Lord said through me!"
Broad, vague, and general are good for money-making machines, but alas, not true prophets. Wanna hear a Kenneth Copeland prophecy? Yeah, he tends to take over for God and write up an article acting out in the personality of God, talking how God never talks, talking in a manner most American, most vague. "2003 is going to be the Lord's year." "2002 is going to be the Lord's year." "Sometime in August, the Lord's Will shall be done."

Kenneth Copland I am skeptical about him right now. I believe it is a prophecy. I believe there are still prophets the anointing oil has not run out. It may be "vague" as you put it but I hold to it. I can see such things happening.

Sorry man. I can see the End of the World happening and Hagen might say that "becoming a Christian today will be the greee-eatest thing to ever happen to you! I mean life will be one hellfire joyride from San Diego to San Dimas! PRAISE DA LORD! Alley! Loo! YA! I mean, God will pour money into your lap, bend mountains to your will, and wait on you hand and foot, because what else is God for? Nothing!" (NOT actual quote...but please, read the following)

Ooo here are some killer quotes of these God-fearing men.
Kenneth Copeland: "As a believer, you have a right to make commands in the name of Jesus. Each time you stand on the Word, you are commanding God to a certain extent because it is His Word."

Frederick K.C. Price: "When 1 first got saved they didn't tell me 1 could do anything. What they told me to do was that whenever I prayed I should always say, 'The will of the Lord be done.' Now, doesn't that sound humble? It does. Sounds like humility, it's really stupidity. 1 mean, you know, really, we insult God. 1 mean, we really do insult our Heavenly Father. We do; we really insult Him without even realizing it. If you have to say, 'If it be thy will' or 'Thy will be done'--if you have to say that, then you're calling God a fool because He's the One that told us to ask. . . . If God's gonna give me what He wants me to have, then it doesn't matter what 1 ask. I'm only gonna get what God wants me to have. So that's an insult to God's intelligence."

Charles Capps: "When Jesus was in the pit of hell. in that terrible torment, no doubt the Devil and his emissaries gathered around to see the annihilation of God's Son. But in the corridors of hell, there came a great voice from heaven: 'Turn Him Loose! He's there illegally!' And all of hell became paralyzed."
I LOVE THAT! These Word of Faithers make spirituality a legal issue! God died, and it was illegal! So ha-ha Satan, you lose the court case! L-FREAKING-OL!

Kenneth Copeland (through whom Jesus allegedly delivered the following prophecy): "They crucified Me [Jesus] for claiming that I was God. But I didn't claim I was God; I just claimed I walked with Him [the Father] and that He was in Me."

. John Avanzini: "Jesus had a nice house, a big house--big enough to have company stay the night with Him at the house. Let me show you His house. Go over to John the first chapter and I'II show you His house. . . . Now, child of God, that's a house big enough to have company stay the night in. There's His house."
What makes THAT one so hilarious is actually reading John 1 apart from our Italian counterpart (John 1:35-39). It's funny but sad how twisted the Bible gets by people like him.

Kenneth Copeland: "I was shocked when I found out who the biggest failure in the Bible actually is....The biggest one is God....I mean, He lost His top-ranking, most anointed angel; the first man He ever created; the first woman He ever created; the whole earth and all the Fullness therein; a third of the angels, at least--that's a big loss, man. . . . Now, the reason you don't think of God as a failure is He never said He's a failure. And you're not a failure till you say you're one."
I love that one, too. Oh yah! It's not US who's the failure: it's the Almighty! Screw God! It's all God's fault! What a failure! I mean, total loser!

Kenneth E. Hagin: "Originally, God made the earth and the fullness thereof, giving Adam dominion over all the works of His hands. In other words, Adam was the god of this world."
Profundity thy name.

Kenneth E. Hagin: "Adam committed high treason and sold out to Satan, and Satan, through Adam, became the god of this world. Adam didn't have the moral right to commit treason, but he had the legal right to do so."
Back to legality again. HA! It was illegal for Adam to do it one way...but legal in another way. How freaking hee-larious.

Okay Mrpop have fun with shattered illusions.

Ok let me add my little commentary to these quotes.
1. God is bound by his covenent so to a certain extent yes you can although I say holy him to his covenent instead of command.
2. I agree with that for that word says anything you ask in my name it shall be done for you. Mark 11:24 "therfore whatever you ask for in prayer believe that you have recieved it and it shall be yours:.
3: I dont agree with this he did go down but there where two sides one which was fire and the other a paradise which was Avrahams bosom he went there to take them to the third heaven.
4: Okay youv confused me on this one.
5: I dont see anything false on that one wether it was a hotel or house I do not know.
6: I see the point that he was trying to make however God is not I failure I disagree with him on that.
7: God did give him dominion so the earth was his.
8: Im not sure what to say on that one at the moment.

1. I've spoken in the Name of Christ before and God didn't come grovelling to me to do my bidding and serve my whims, like a Man-Slave. I would think God would smudge this world on the underside of His thumb before He did that. So no. I do not control God, not to any extent. He comes and He does wht He pleases. It is NOT my will, but His, that is done, at all times. I cannot leash him and control him and whip out my magic God-in-the-lamp when I feel like having a few million in the next couple of years. God does what God does when God does.

2. Being cocky to the Almighty just smacks of being, as AC/DC put it awesomely, THUNDER, THUNDER, THUNDER! THUNDERSTRUCK! Telling the Lord, who even opens himself to allow us pitiful things to even so much as breathe to His feet, that we demand His ear, is insane.

3. Okay.

4. Copeland (doing that thing in his magazine where he takes over for God) says that Jesus never said he was God...just claimed he walked with God and that God was with him.

Can't do the rest because I have to bed.

1: Yup God does what god does and he stays true to his covenent.
2: As I said it is a covenent he wants us to ask for great things.
4: Well actually he never did say he was God (please correct me if I am wrong) but he did say the others although he is of course the second member of the trinity.

what a wack job, I mean no offense, but if you think that is from God, man alive........

How much money did you have to give him to hear that?

I could sit and make proffessies all day long, I got one now....... A CAR ACCIDENT..........
you finnish it
smile.gif
,

I do not think God talks to us like yoda, also, all the proffets of the old testament, didnt they EXPLAIN riddles, not create them
smile.gif

relook at who you look up too, dont be lead astray

The prophecy you gave was not from God. I paid no money to hear that. If you do not believe in the anointing of prohpecy then dont you are the one missing out. I shall not be lead astray for the Holy Spirit is my guide.
