Internal Tourneys

Internal CS tournaments are changing slightly.. There will be no more ToJ Belts and no more strict competition. But we will have internal tournaments at your request.

I am open to ideas. Please post here with the tournaments you would like to see. Please only post if you think you can get 15 other ppl to play too.. so no nubbin tourneys.

In your post you also need to suggest a map for the tourney. Especially if it is a map with a specific weapon. For a good list of maps please check this website...

It has a very large selection. Please download and test the map before you suggest your tourney. Also give as much information as you can. Number of ppl playing. Number on each side. Knockout/league/other. etc.. etc...

I will be happy to organise any tourneys you decide. The standard time for playing these will probably be friday evenings as i can stay up late then with no after effects..

Is there anyways to allow CTS to use Dualies as well? Then we could do some Dualies fun tourney ;)

*note: i can't dl any of hte maps in the website u gave me rizz.. keeps saying im tryin to dl from other then that site.. it says disable zonealarm. But i dun hav it except my firewall which is disabled mostly unless im idle... :/
 
I downloaded a map from there with no problem. As for dualies map.. Check down the "aim" maps in the others section and find a dualies one. Or just do a search for dual or something...

Rizz.. I was thinking, We could just have a normal ToJ only games.. none of those chickeny mods and all that.. I like the idea, but i think some people would rather have fun just playing old school CS. Just have fun, chat, and all that.

Adding to that, it's just a suggestion (i dun want people throwing me off again cuz they didn't know it was JUST a suggestion.. *caugh caugh*)
 
here's my thought...

we should reconstruct the A-team and all who is not in the time can join up and beat on the A-team in match play.... sort of like a ToJ only night, but with actual game play plus it could help everyone's skillz

This could also be done more then once just give the A-team time to gather up 5-8 team members to match...

well it's a starting point anyways
 
I agree with Whon, although (no offense to para,elite,whoever) I would like to see more structure, or dedication, in the A team... maybe reconstruction would be good for ToJ?

no I'm not saying anything bad about the leaders of the clan... they do an awesome job, I think (and I'll help where needed) that with some work we could get more matches and internal game playing with ToJ members. Time for new members to meet the old ones and learn about how great it is to be a ToJ'er
 
maybe instead of a nite of everyone vs ateam maybe split the A team up and have them on both teams, helpign everyone get better with an awp,colt,ak, pistol staying together as a team and good tips like that instead of just 5 noobs vs 5 pros
 
Well... the thing is there are some of us who already know how to use colt/ak/awp/pistols well.. or as for me, i hav mah own ways of using them.. and besides.. we are making another compteam... but there aren't as much interest..
 
ok i will try and draw some up.. i have to get onto elite and para about organising such things.. if you have any ideas for tourneys then post them here.
