Once you actually get into the Anet support, they are really nice, Im praying that i can get everything back to how it was.

Dont feel afraid to go to them in times of need, so far they have transferred me accross 3 different support sections all while being friendly, and best off all, not asking me to do anything myself :P

I second that. I have never had any problems as serious as vibro, but every time I have had to deal with Anet's customer service they have been exemplary.

I agree everyone says how terrible they are and I know my cousin had a problem with them and there are always mess ups.

Glad to hear everything worked out for you.

Now when you say you pray to get everything back to how it was, do you mean that in the course of this whole fiasco your account got wiped?

If so let me know if you need anything to get you started on your way.

bleh they cant restore anything, oh well, im not going to play gw anymore i guess

Wow, I'm surprised at that. I would have assumed they kept track of every transaction so they could work backwords in this sort of situation.

If it helps at all: it's much easier to quickly build a character these days.

Wow. So sorry to hear that happened. I would be awfully pessimistic if I lost all my characters, too. But don't give up completely, please! We like having you around!

Yes, I agree with MM, I would be pretty bummed as well, but if you quit playing GW, you most likely will invest your efforts into another game, and will have to start from scratch there as well. Think of it as a clean slate, a chance to try something totally new! You don't have to rebuild your old characters.

the problem is i have played everything...so it all feels old

Won't have to wait too long for the next expansion though eh? And you wouldn't be the only veteran player starting out again with a new lvl 1 character once that hits the market. And in the meantime there's always PvP...

Before factions came out i had same problem... everything was getting old. So i just busied myself helping whenever someone needed it and also farming farming farming.
The thing that seems to never get old with this guild is when we go together to go farm or do a mission that someone needs, the fellowship never gets old.

If you decide to stick around, I have low-level characters that are still going through the two campaigns and can help keep you company.

Would be best not to tempt Vibro any further, as well intentioned as it may be. I spoke with him via PM and he's wise enough to know that starting back into Guild Wars would tempt him into spending enourmous time building his characters back up. I think most of us can relate to that.

I just want to share with everyone that Derk and I intended to make Vibro our official forums PvP/strategy guru. He has been involved in just about every discussion of strategy and builds on these forums and his valuable contributions in that area are too numerous to count. I hope that everyone will express to him how much his time and effort has been appreciated.

I really hope that you didn't, because it was meant to be encouraging. :D

God is in control of everything and He has a plan.
