I love my ipod, but I had a treo for a long time, simply because at the time it was the only phone that linked with outlook. I do need a phone that keeps my shedule too, I've got too much stuff going on not to have that at my fingertips.
That being said, when the pantech phone came out with verizon, I finally had a small flip phone that would link my schedule with outlook, fantastic!. I don't really miss the days of the huge old phone either in my pocket or on that hideous belt-clip.
To me the most important and exciting cell feature on the market now is t-mobiles phone that goes from wi-fi to cell. If you are in range of a wi-fi you make your calls via VOIP, when yer not in range, it functions like a normal cell phone. I'm waiting for verizon to come out with this, but it will likely require me getting a new phone (bleh)
