2. Reinstating of the "sponsorship" program
This program is still in discussions. There are many items that need to be worked out and it is not yet final. Icthus editing
* First renamed to the name "Ambassador program", if i even spelled it correctly, due to the fact we are Ambassadors for Christ.
A member of Redeemed has a friend or family member who is a non-christian. They can choose to be an Ambassador for the non-believer. The Ambassador contacts the head recruiter and tells them of the players interest. The Head Recruiter discusses the guild and the Christian nature with the "recruit". Then asks the recruit to fill out the ToJ forms agreeing to CoC and then under the testimony simply place the "Ambassador program".
The head recruiter then contacts the GM responsible for the program. The CoGM then contacts the "recruit" and again has the discussion that Redeemed is a Christian guild and certain behaviors are expected, including the things that will be explained below.
Once the Ambassador, Head Recruiter and the Co-Gm all agree, applicant is invited into the guild and placed in the Diplomat level (We will rename the sheep to Diplomat).
The Ambassador is the first contact for any behavior issues.
If there are two issues the Ambassador and the Co-GM are to make contact.
If there is a third issue the Diplomat is removed from Redeemed.
This process is made clear to the applicant by all three parties during the recruiting process (Ambassador, Recruiter and GM). The applicant is always made aware that he or she is responsible for anyone accessing their account (roommate, brother, boyfriend or whatever). Anything that occurs is subject to the three strike rule.
Ambassadors are limited to one Diplomat every 3 to 6 months.
If a non-believer contacts the guild then the GM and Head Recruiter must decide if they are of the character required and then ask the applicant to find a suitable Ambassador.
3. Relationship with Sanctification
* We will support Sanctification as they establish leadership and vision.
* Any ill words spoken against anything in\with Sanctification will bring about consequences. All issues are to be directed to GM's.
* Raids will continue to be a cooperative effort with TE and TI.
