FOOD AGAIN!!!!!!

Arby's? Or a substitute vegan or otherwise while on the road?

edit: Actually a classic with a little sauce is not very many calories. Sticking to iced tea unsweetened.

I love Arby's! I used to drive to the next town when I was in high school just to get some. I like getting a regular and adding lettuce, tomato and red ranch sauce (makes it like a Super, but without the extra cost).

Back in my day.....

.... I used to go to arbys and order 5 for $5 regular roast beef. Then make a huge pile of lettuce, tomato , onion and pickles and have a salad too :-)

Uncle Clyde's Squirrel Chili

You can find recipes for squirrel throughout the Eastern seaboard and in the southern states of the United States.
•3 tablespoons cooking oil
•2 onions, chopped
•3 pounds squirrel meat, coarsely grind
•2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
•3 garlic cloves, minced
•4 tablespoons red chile, hot, ground OR 4 tablespoons red chile, mild, ground
•2 teaspoons cumin
•1 teaspoon oregano, dried, preferably Mexican
•2 teaspoons salt
•16 ounces kidney beans, soaked, rinsed and cooked
•15 ounces chili sauce

METHOD

Heat oil in a Dutch oven or heavy 5-quart saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in onions and cook until translucent. Add meat. Break up any lumps with a fork and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is evenly browned.

Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in ground chile, cumin, oregano, and salt and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add beans and chili sauce and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Taste and adjust seasonings.

Serves: 10 - 12

Does anyone have a CiCi's pizza near them. I miss having one close by. Fun place, reasonable price, pizza not too bad.

Tek calls it feces pizza if that tells you anything about what he thinks haha. I used to like it fine, especially for the price, but it's probably been about 10 years since I've been to one.
