E3 live stream can be found here.
In the few minutes it's been running, we have:
-All major Activision game DLC will premier first on the 360 for the next few years.
-Next Call of Duty is called Black Ops. Looks sweet.
-Metal Gear is going to be coming to the 360, the first of which will be on the newly renamed Natal (now called Kinect).

Watching live now.

EA's presentation should start in a few minutes.

(I'm watching more to test the live feed in advance of Nintendo's conference tomorrow.)

I'm sorry, but Microsoft's "Kinetic" looks like an utter joke. Casual games ahoy!

Microsoft: wer n ur sistim, casulin ur gaemz

I'll reserve my thoughts on the new thing until I getta use it myself, though.

Does Capcom have a big press event scheduled? My inner fanboy wants to see that. Word is Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is gonna be playable on the show floor. Suffice it to say, I don't even need to know anything else that comes out of the conference so long as I get every bit of detail available on MvC3.

Fiiiiiine... you've twisted my arm. I'm also waiting to see what Nintendo has to say. Mostly because I want details on Pokemon Black/White and the 3DS... oh... and Zelda, too.

Nothing about Capcom yet (TBA), but MvC3 is being shown Thursday at 4ish.

I am trying to put together a good outline from it, but my kids and wife are making that difficult...LOL...

And unfortunently there is no good site giving a nice overview of the days :(

I actually see it as the first SERIOUS attempt at movement based gaming... IT can do far more than the Wii and the Sony Move... And the Kinect is exactly like what I have been waiting for, and thought was would see something like it with the Wii, but it never materialized... At first I did agree that "Project Natal" was a joke, but now that I see it in action...it impressed the crap out of me, and makes me think my Wii is 10 years old... XD

My son wants the tiger....gah

and yeah, MGS Rising looks like it might work. My collection of MGS related stuff is starting to take over.

I usually don't log in to my gaming instant messaging IDs until after business hours, but I plan to be in #cga on irc.us.gamesurge.net today during the Nintendo conference, which starts at 11 a.m. Central. If anyone else would like to join me, we can chat it up during the live event.

Watching YourShape Fitness (sp?) for the 360 right now. In all of my brainstorming over practical uses for Natal, this would be the one I thought of. I've done a lot of Yoga during my P90X workouts, and I think something that can say, "hey! you need to squat lower, noob!" would be amazing. I am not a believer that Kinect (still feel weird saying that) will be good for current games...but I think it would be great for Yoga or learning Karate.

And lol @ the commercial I saw with the family playing with Kinect...it's as much of a clone of the Wii commercials as the PS3 Move commercials are. :)

Probably can find a better list later, but here are my predictions/hopes for E3:

Microsoft:
I think most of their surprises are out (like 360 "slim"), expect to see a lot of Kinect. Don't follow them as closely as the other two (since I don't own an XBox), so no idea. I'd of course expect to see the next iteration of big franchises, and maybe a surprise "hey, FF14 is coming to XBox too!"

Nintendo:
I'm expecting a lot. Mainly, because the last few E3s have been a complete joke (I'm looking at you Wii Music/Cammie Dunaway/etc). Nintendo is losing some steam (but still way ahead in sales), but I think they know they need to step it up a bit.

My expectations:
* New Zelda, front and center. Lots of Metroid footage.
* 3DS, obviously. Might be time for me to buy a DS (holy huge RPG backlog, batman!)
* Bragging about sales; being smug about competitors' move to motion games

Expected Surprises (hopes, more like it):
* Wii HD
* New online service that isn't horrible (but probably costs money)
* New F-Zero please. Thanks.

I am not stating a probability for these guesses; but I am saying I expect the Nintendo conference to be a surprise. Guess I'll find out in a few minutes.

Sony:
Also expecting big things.

* Plethora of Move demonstration, especially in the FPS area.
* Release date for Gran Turismo Forever. Seriously, it's been shown at every E3 since the announcement of PS3. Wouldn't be surprised if it launches as a move title.
* More footage on The Last Guardian
* Announcement for Resistance 3, other new iterations in big titles.
* Lots of footage from FF 14
* Sales announcements. They've almost caught up to 360, and I would guess have already passed if you count the re-buys for RRoD.

Possibles:
* Wouldn't be an E3 without a new SKU or two. Add bigger hard drive + wireless N
* Premium subscription is likely. Have heard this would come with PSN game downloads, which would be very nice.
* Kevin Butler? (I know he's just a paid actor, but he still makes me lol)

Party in #cga as we watch Nintendo's conference. The worst (watching Miyamoto awkwardly fight the motion controls in Zelda Wii, Just Dance 2) is probably over. Come enjoy the remainer.

Okie, so none of my optionals were on for Nintendo. Ah well. Maybe next year? Sony coming up in 5 minutes. No giant crab monsters, please!

Can I just say that I approve of your signature banner?

Also, over at Shoryuken, there's a page with five gameplay videos from Marvel vs Capcom 3. The rest of E3 is pretty much side show attractions to me in light of this.
