Anet fail??

Yes, but does anyone remember when they said that it was unsportsman like to Emote fallen foes?? Now they make an emote FOR it.

Plus a lot of the Guild Wars community is against new titles, especially money titles (IE. Party, Drunk, Lucky...).

It's still poor sportsmanship to jump up and down on someone's dead body or whatever. Maybe they'll change it with enough protesting...but yah..imagine if you could emote your own fallen body with that, i see endless possibility for lag there.

i think its cool. and funny. and Zaishen isnt really a money title. its just farming Balthazar points, and is the only kind of PvP i can stand. i think its cool.
Joey.

You can farm Zashein points all day long for the title, or you can buy money online, buy all the keys, and get a shiney new title.

Meh, its just another title to work on.

I STILL haven't even got Rank 1 Hero or Gladiator yet despite my best efforts. Or the other ones that I want like like all the protector and cartographer titles.

I generally hate the farming titles. At least this one is achieved by PvP (and probably a bit easier to achieve than the Hero title...).

Buying gold online is against the EULA and will get your account banned if you are caught. DO NOT BUY GOLD ONLINE. The intent of this title was definately not to encourage that practice. Buying keys at 2.4k from players would require an investment (at $10=100plat) of $4,800 USD for the max level. I also saw keys selling for 4k last night.

In addition to adding the title, they upped the rewards significantly for the automated monthly tournaments, probably in the hopes of encouraging more participation. I would think that if you were at all competitive in the tournaments, you could probably farm this max title faster than the 100,000,000 faction needed (I only have ~500,000 total on my acct history) for all the keys or the 48,000 to 80,000 plat to buy keys at 2.4k to 4k each.

Although they may have stated at one point that it (emoting over a corpse) is unsportsmanlike, I don't see that there has been any change to reduce it from happening. I also don't see that this is any worse than the trash talk you get from the worst sportsmen anyway. It may be a little irritating, but oh well.

The biggest positive I see with this title is that it offers a quick and easy way for newer players to make a little in-game cash by farming faction and cashing it in for a key to sell to someone who has accumulated a small fortune. Like the other "money" titles (drunkard, sweet tooth and party animal) it spreads the wealth in-game to anyone willing to cash in.
