You should be able to replace the modem. I have FTTH and replaced my modem with an ASUS RT-N56U. Works so much better. The ASUS also supports VLAN so if you have tv over the Fibre it'll work too.

Are you using cable or dsl provider?

I think if you're playing the game, it won't matter how many characters you have when it comes to expansions. You'll only need to buy 1 copy of the expansion. I also agree with your initial post. There really would be no difference between having all skills on 1 character or over 4 characters...

What is the wattage of the PSU? Anything between 300-500 watts should be more than enough for most systems.

Found a sermon the other day from Andrew Schwab (lead singer of Project 86). The sermon is called "The Problem with Pain" and was definitely life changing for me. Figured I would pass it on in case it speaks to someone else as well. Sermon here

I found one in Lornar's Pass. North east section. Pinnacle Enclave waypoint is closest. Just to the east and a little north is Ironhammer's Crypt POI, they're in there. Couple of guys to kill but nothing major. It's a 25-40 zone, that specific area is around level 30.
