    Amazon Store - Support CGA!

Just bought a copy of Guild Wars 2 by clicking through the CGA Amazon site. Trying to do my part. ;)

    MechWarrior Online Beta keys

Almost registered, but between PlanetSide 2, Hawken, and the latest HIB, I decided to let someone who might have time to play the game have it. :)

    Planetside 2 - Anyone Playing?

I picked Leda as my server. My character's name is Todgar. I am on the NC faction.

    Planetside 2 - Anyone Playing?

I would probably prefer an East Coast server, since I am in the Midwest. My faction is New Conglomerate. I could easily be persuaded to play any server/faction that will work best for everyone.

    Planetside 2 - Anyone Playing?

Good point. That is probably why I am so excited for PS2, and FireFall did not grab me. I will have to try FF with the missus when it is released and I have a PvE mindset. I have not chosen a PS2 server yet. The blue/gold color (not sure of their name) faction sounded the most interesting to...

    Planetside 2 - Anyone Playing?

I got into the FireFal beta (which I was excited for), but some of the skimpy female outfits really turned me off, and the little bit of time I spent with the game was not overly interesting for me. I am hoping for more out of Planetside 2. To each his own. :)

    Planetside 2 - Anyone Playing?

I got my Planetside 2 Beta invite last night. Yay! Is anyone else playing? If so, what faction/server are you playing on?

    Are there cosmetic slots?

Thank you all for your feedback. Glad to hear it. We'll definitely be joining LoE after we get our copies.

    Are there cosmetic slots?

Hi, My wife and I have been playing MMOs since Ultima Online, and we are very interested in GW2. Before i drop big chunk of change on two copies, I have a question. Are their cosmetic slots? The reason I ask is that some of the screenshots I have seen show some pretty revealing clothing for...

Quantum Conundrum: Season Pass for $3.75

I see now that I have the same issue with no activation code in the receipt email and no obvious way to get it from the site. :( I opened a support ticket, too. Let me know how you make out and I will do the same. I want to support non-Steam sites, to promote competition, but they can make it...

Quantum Conundrum: Season Pass for $3.75

I just picked up Quantum Conundrum: Season Pass for $3.75 from Green Man Gaming (activates on Steam). The purchase includes the full-game, plus 2 DLCs. The game is currently on sale for 75% off on GMG, plus you can use a coupon code (GMG25-1BW0K-K1A3G) to get an additional 25% off. This price is...

OnLive is dead. [Ed.: Wait, not really]

I have used and appreciated OnLive's service. Before I upgraded my PC, it allowed me to play Batman: Arkham Asylum when my own machine was not capable of running it. I played through B:AA through its entirety, and was very impressed. I believe it will be looked back on as being ahead of its...

For those who have read or are considering reading A Song of Ice and Fire

LOL! I was thinking the same thing... Regardless of possible spoilers, I really appreciate the summary/review, Tek! It is insightful. Thanks.

    Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day

Something else to keep in mind is that this goes beyond God's design for marriage (not that that isn't important enough to take a stand for) into an attack on religious freedom and freedom of speech. Here is a quote from this page that does a good job of summarizing these kinds of attacks...

CHALLENGE: How BEAST (not 666) of a PC could you build for $200-300?

As soon as I posted my comment, I knew I should have added that it is still a long time coming.

CHALLENGE: How BEAST (not 666) of a PC could you build for $200-300?

With Valve stating they are planning on porting more of their games to Linux, there is hope that one day it could be a viable gaming platform.
