Tuesday: 7pm - 12am EST
Wednesday: 7pm - 12am EST
Thursday: 7pm - 12am EST
Saturday: 12pm - 4pm EST
Sunday: 12pm - 10pm EST

Freeing up 3+ hours during the week is pretty hard. Weekends aren't to bad though.

Sunday Afternoon/Evening 1pm-10pm EST

I am going to say...

Sunday is best, usually (but not the next two sundays)
Otherwise, I can shoot for most nights after 8 or 9 central.

Best time of the week\weeks is Sat\Sun for me as I do not work on those days. I can basically play anytime that I am not at church on Sun. I am doing my best to make myself available at at least 3 weeknights a week to be more into the in-game activities and such.
