Most of these you can find on curse gaming or ui.worldofwar.net. I'm too lazy to link >.>
Titan Panel - gives you 1 or two bars on the top or bottom of your screen for lots of various things like performance, hk info, combat info, gold, bag spaces, a clock with your computer's time listed. Has lots of plugins for various things like whispercast, atlas, recap, dmgmeters, etc.
Discord Mods family (
www.discordmods.com) (These mods if you take thtime to learn are incredibly powerful):
Discord Action Bars - a very powerful totally customizable action bar mod - replaces the default action bars. Can also remove the default ui artwork and bars (like th minibar and bagbar). I like this to create my own more compact action bars and button panels.
Discord Unit Frames - a very powerful totally customizable unit frame mod - replaces the default unit frames. This is great for making the default unit frames smaller.
GroupButtons - Alls you to create individual context sensitive buttons for yourself, your target and for each group member. This is most useful as a powerful replacement for benediction type mods. Totally customizable and allows click casting by simply clicking on unit frames in your party or in the raid which makes for nice fast easy to use healing.
Atlas mod - Creates an in game atlas that has info on all the instances including boss locations.
Ct_MailMod (
www.ctmods.com) - I highly recommend this - it allows you to send multiple items at once to someone (like a mule) it's great for transferring lots of items between your mules. Saves SOOOOOOO much time. (you still pay 30c for each item sent, the mod just saves you having to create a new piece of mail for each item)
bc_tracking_menu - allows you to hotkey your tracking skills directly from the keybindings. Makes switching tracking quick and painless (I toggle between track humans and find minerals like 20 times / minute when I'm farming ore)
autobar - great mod for consumable items - creates a button that can have priorities. (like use healthstone first if available, if not available or on cooldown, use such and such a potion, or whipper tube root or whatever)
Some of the other ones I use tht i'll plug also:
ItemRack - The best equipment switching mod. Saves tons of time and aggravation from having to switch between 7 sets of gear. Get this. Now.
Scrolling Combat Text - great mod. Makes sure you see vaious effects that you are doing without having to keep looking at the combat text window. I highly recommend toggling the combat flag option - it's very useful to know exactly when you get into or out of combat for purposes of stealthing, mounting, etc.
CTRA - get it now. needed for raids.
There's a couple of mods that I like but that I turned off because in 1.10 they seem to lag the loading screen ALOT.
Gatherer - keeps track of where you've gathered herbs, ore, treasure chests, etc.
Lootlink - in game database that stores info of all items you've seen. (This takes up massive amous of ram and seems to slow down the loading screen SIGNIFICANTLY)
Recap - combat info tracker like dmg meters. I use this cause it also tracks overhealing which I find important as a healer. All other functionality is replicated by dmgmeters.
Those are the main mods that I use. Supporting mods come and go as i find need for them and as some of them stop being updated. (cooldowncount for example, is bugged with some of my mods). One disclaimer I'll make - if you become dependent on the total customizability of the discordmods family of mods (which I am) and they get broken during a patch (they're normally fixed within a couple days), the couple days they are broken can be REALLY bad since you'll forget how to use the default UI (like I did). -_-;;
