Here is the update from yesterday in notes.

For us tailors I found this line beneficial:

"Tailors with 400 skill or higher should now receive additional cloth drops 50% of the time from anything that drops cloth, up from 25%"

So we may not see a buff icon or something listed in our spellbook but the cloth drop bonus does exist and I noticed it immediately in Grim Batol last night.

i think they should make an option for drops like cloth to just got o the guild bank. so say you get 6, 5 you keep 1 goes to the gb or how many you want to set it like that.
