The moon has no atmosphere for me to affect the climate with, so there is no benefit or detriment for driving or not driving it on the moon or anywhere else in the universe for that matter.
 
If I was on the moon, I would just moon jump everywhere.

You would need to be careful with that. The escape velocity on the moon is much, much smaller then that on earth. Besides in any case in lower gravity you would probably move slower due to lower friction and the long bounding steps necessary to attempt that speed. So in effect it would probably take a long time to get up to your usual running speed on the moon.
 
I was thinking I'd be wearing a space suit with a long tether (attached to the shuttle or moon's surface) while I was bouncing around.
