I decided there are not enough Wii Threads here! So to correct this problem tell us why you like your wii and why should everyone have one?


It is just insanely fun!
You can actually lose weight by playing it!
I have had mine since launch with no problems and my only gripe so far is no online play yet!

Ive always found that people who don't have anything to back up their stance always end up getting defensive and usually name calling when pressed for answers...

As you can see from Atown's post, he said C$ doesn't not have a Wii, so he does have one.

Okay, then.

1. Stupid controllers. (a remote?!)
2. "Why press a button?" is a slogan I saw at Best Buy. Hmm, that's actually pretty stupid--"Why get up and chop the air like a drunk?"
3. Too many of the games seem to be cartoony, even Wii Sports have weird blob-dudes without arms...
4. Requires moving around and waving one's arms (no, this is not a valid form of exercise) to do simple tasks
5. Stupid name. (I mean, Wii? Why the heck didn't they keep the name Revolution? It's not designed for 3 year olds, is it?)
6. Multi-player requires a lot of space (can't put one in mah bedroom) so people can twirl like the dervishes they must become to play the Wii.

it goes on. And yes, I've played the console at friends' houses.

I'd rather buy five fifty dollar PC games than one Wii, by far.
