Why does Blizzard not talk about issues?

Hmmmm...

/rant

So today starting at 3:30 PM Log-in servers start having problems.

We finally hear about it at 5:30PM. Then, they don't tell us what is going on. If you check the realm status forums at blizzard they say nothing about it. Only the message on the log in screen.

Do they think we don't notice? How is no information better than something? Like hey our log in is broke due to the rolling restart and massive influx of people relogging?

Throw me a bone blizzard!!

I know you got problems admit them to yourself and us!!
 
They are not about to tell you about the great halloween party they were having in the server room when the cider got spilled...nor about that early morning coffee they brew from where the servers are plugged in at. If they shared these things with us they know we'd demand to their supervisors that they stop thus no more coffee or awesome parties!
 
I, for one, would never ever ever take anyone's coffee from them. No matter how many servers they brought down....

This is redulous, after the servers being down some 6 hours and then some on monday, they take them down AGAIN on tuesday?! Where has your common sence gone Blizzard?! I have always wanted to know if the tuesday maintenance was REALLY necessary. Mythic never took their servers down once a week, and there were weekly realm raids across the server. In old frontiers there would easily be 500 people in ONE zone... people had virtually no lag there. Knowing that WoW is a bit more complicated... you cant have 500 vs 500, but taking them down every week for SIX HOURS?!?!?!?!? It's 1:40Pm on the east coast... thats 11:40ish there... they should have been up an hour ago. ... and I thought yesterday was tuesday =P.

This after noon?!?!?!?!! they took them down at 8 am EST....

At 11am PST they told us that the servers wont be up until 1pm PST, or 4pm EST. Thats almost 12 hours...wow
