Who is going to be making a Draenai Shaman?

I know some people have to be interested in this besides myself. I was looking forward to the expansion, and not looking forward to it at the same time. I honestly was considering switching over to the Horde side because of the new BE race. However, with the new Draenai Shaman that will be available, I'll be sticking it out on the Alliance side more than likely. Wondering if anyone else is considering rolling a Shammy now that the Alliance have them?

I know the release date isn't out yet, but hopefully we'll be able to put something together group wise for the new content.


BTW, how in the world is Draenai pronounced anyway? I've been pronouncing it Dray-en-I. No clue on if that is even remotely correct or not.
 
I've been pronouncing it "Dray - nigh".

and Yes, I'll be making one. I want a gemcutter more than a specific class... and Shammy is the only class that Draenai can be that I don't already have.

I was going to play the pally, but honestly, i think the shammy will be a little more fun (and perhaps easier to get into instances from time-to-time)
 
I will be making one once they are out, just not certain how high a priority he will be. Depends where my other characters are at in their levels.
 
can i get a further annunciation guide for "neye" i know what it looks like, based on the stupid phonics lessons in second grade, but I don't really know how to pronounce that.

I would assume the same exact way that you were prnouncing it before. It is just another way of writing it. Nigh = neye
 
I will be getting a shammy because i think it will be interesting to see if blizzard will somehow make alliance shammy's somewhat different than horde shammy's.My nephew has a horde shammy that way i can compare, but i will say that i won' t get one until i get my hunter to 70 first then i will work on my shammy, also does anyone know what the dranei racial talent will be? i had heard that they will be able to heal themselves a little? also i had heard that burning crusades was coming out in sept and then ive heard nov, so iam going to say sometime this fall.
 
I'll probably play around with a shaman for kicks. I don't know how seriously I will play one though. My priorities are my mage and warlock right now.
 
Shuranda was contemplating making a Draenai mage so I was thinking about rolling a pally. Now, she's not sure if she wants to wait that long before starting a mage; either way, I'll prolly do a pally or shammy.

Don't know if they will be ugly or not, but it looks like they could have some cool mounts.

The new Draenai can't be pally's I don't believe, that's the BE's. Maybe I miss read somewhere though.

I believe they'll be able to be both. Seeing as the Draenai are creatures of the light, it would be odd for them to not be paladins. Using the same logic though, BE's aren't gonna be shammies so they make it fair and remove the pally from the list of Draenai classes. Either way; I'll be making a Draenai Shaman once the expansion has been out awhile so I'm not competing against all the twinks :-)

Word on the streets is that Draenai should be able to be pallys and shamans, since the horde has 3 races that can be shamans, and alliance has 2 that can be pallys, the Draenai even that out.

As for me i'll prob roll a Draenai Shamman, most likely asap. As for racials there was an article or two durring E3 that revealed the racials for the Draenai and Blood Elves. Drainai have a heal over time that is supposed to scale with level, An aura of +3% spell crit (i think it's crit, might be +to hit) and a +15 jewelcrafting.
