I haven't been able to find it yet. Sad as it may be, so be it. lol. Anywho, from HH, where is Shattrath City at? Or is this the name of the new Draenei capital and I'm just a goob?

You're correct, Shat'trath is the Draenei city. It's located in Terokkar Forest.
Follow the path south from the Southern Rampart in HFP. It will take you through the valley where you collected Ravager Eggs. The crossover occurs around 40,86.
Once you get into Terokkar, follow the road west. The entrace to Sha is near 38,23
