What is a "Cam option"?

I know it has to do with Cam the player, but how did it originate? I know we have so many new guildies, including me, who do not know the story behind the Cam option.
 
Well...the last choice in the poll...is a bit off the wall....just like our good friend....well you get the idea...

It comes from a conversation I had with Camm. Camm holds the record for 60's in our guild. Warlock-Cammasorz, Pally-Cammandus, Mage-Acuity and Warrior-Midgard. He currently plays a Rogue-Shadowblaid. He loves the polls and always tells me we need more. I noticed his voting pattern was well in a word Odd. He told me he always votes for the most outragous or strange choice. Therefore the Camm Option was born.

The Camm Option became ledgend when Camm left his previous life of comfort and joined the Marines. He went to basic and disappeared from WoW. During this time I made a poll about wether to keep the camm option. The people spoke and said it should stay forever. SO, any poll I make contains a Camm Option.

As a note, since I have known camm for like 5 years I often craft the camm option around his personal pet peeves or likes. Therefore, any reference to France, Hillory or Bill Clinton, CNN or Dark Age of Camelot will be a Camm Option.

By the way, is this spamm?

interesting, i didnt know everyone was polled about it ovbiously becasue iwas away and i didnt dare try to catch up on the forums after 3 months.

but to add it was sparked by a poll jazmina did during the WoW times (not the daoc years in case you salty dags were wondering) she did like 3 real optiosn and an outrageious one, so being a smart guy i voted the outrageous one and she was like who did that. becasue i think i was the only one who voted it. (she didnt select the view others choices) so i fessed up. mentioned that i tend to do that.

and shortly after the camm options started. maybe some motivated troller could dig up the poll for old times sake? or maybe i will right after this or mayeb we could poll to see? =]
 
thanks for asking the question. I too was curious about the Camm option. I figured that there was a joke behind it, and I noticed that the Camm option was usually off the wall, so I was doubly curious, it's good to be enlightened :)
