What happened to the all the Healers

Ok I know that I am kind of new to the guild but I was wondering what happened to all the healers.

Having 3 healers on to do a 25 man raid just does not work. I know that we have a bunch of DPS but no healers. I personally am not going to ask people that are a healer class that respeced to DPS or Tank to switch back but still I say what happened to all the healers.

I would love to see the guild progress and down some 25 man bosses but I don't see that Happening without some more healers Showing up.

If I have to I will level my paladin up and try my best to get the gear so that I can come heal. I am one of the few raiding rogues in the guild but I would rather stop playing my rogue and get healing if that means the guild can continue to down 25 man bosses.

So I ask again what has happened to all the healers?

Ug.

i agree. ill stop working on my hunter and switch to my priest cause i think we can do a great job in raids we jsut never have the heals

some arent able to come on fridays, some are playing half life instead, some dont wanna heal and instead wanna play DPS:P Lara has been busy with the baby and our older son doing more stuff after school and in football but I think next week will be the end of a lot of that so she will be able to raid more as long as Aerik allows it:P I was actually holy for a week heh, pvping! Am now back to Prot because im tired of holy pallies and resto druids and dps warriors dual weilding or using a 2her trying to tank in AV hehe

I was wondering about that as well last night, although it was kind of nice to have a small break and PVP a bit, perhaps we need to change progression days?

Friday nights are bad for some of us - we have fellowship stuff every week on Friday night. I basically can't ever make anything we plan on Friday night.

On the other hand, regardless of my RL scheduling, I once was a hardcore raider - I would raid 5 nights a week and I built my schedule around it. It's been almost a year since then and I don't have any plans to ever build my schedule around my WoW time. It's casual for me and it's going to stay that way. If I'm on and I feel like it, I'll go, if I'm not, then oh well.

And then finally on the third hand... wait... I have a third hand?? If I go, the offer is always Miriallia first to heal, Hagumi as backup if needed.

I have a healer and would always love to come. No one has ever asked.

Just give me a call and I'm usually available. Most of the officers have my phone number.

My Real Life has encroached on my WoW life.

I was hoping to come last night but this lady called me and said she was my wife. I was not sure but she said I had two kids and that sounded kind of familar. So, I went to the place called "home" programmed into my GPS. So, that was where I was.

im not trying to be critical if thats what it seems like btw but ive noticed that our raiding has almost literally come to a hault the last couple weeks. is that just cause everyone needs a break? or what? im jw what your guys (and gals) opions r

I'm not a healer but I've had trouble committing time regularly to raiding the last few weeks because I'm getting a new position at work and had a lot of training and random schedule changes. Should be back into a set pattern in a few weeks but for now it's gonna be difficult.

i like playing brugalin and healing people , dont get me wrong but sometimes it gets boring and you need a alt you can raid with to escape that position . that is where wildmatt comes into play for me . im always left for healing because i never have the time to work on a alt for raiding during teh schoolweek.

I think this isn't too much of an unusual thing to see in a guild. It's the middle of Fall. Those in college are in the middle of their semester right now and probably getting overwhelmed with midterms, projects, interviews, job hunt, etc. I think it's about the end of the quarter for those on a quarter year, so....I don't know. Trying to make stuff up for you younger ones. I don't know about the older people either. My time in WoW has been limited for the past couple of weeks because of lots of RL stuff. Although I am enjoying this little PvP break. =D

My "healer" family citgrad and champoflight have not been on as much lately. Citgrad started a new job and Champ is busy with school and got a little bored with WOW. I suspect when the new content comes out they will both play more again.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I am kind of asking for a little more communication. When the guild has a Raid planned I would like to know that it has been canceled not sit around for 30 minutes Prepped and ready to fight and then find out that nothing is happening. I know we need healers and that we need people to so up and when people don't that makes it hard for people that show. I just wish to have a little more information that it is cancelled then when i have been sitting around waiting.

Totally agreed. It's easy to get burned out on waiting.

I dont think its cancelled until the raid leader sits around waiting for 30 minutes to see if any one else is gonna show and then if there is not enough people its cancelled.
