Played Diablo 2, a year after its release. Diablo 2: LoD, 3-5 months after its release. Stopped about early 2003. Guessitmate: 2001-2003.
Half-Life, Opposing Force, Blue Shift, got it 2001, stopped playing it 2002.
Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, got it 2002, stopped early 2003.
Command & Conquer: Renegade, got it 2002, stopped late 2003.
C&C: Tiberian Sun, early 2002 - mid 2002.
Heroes of Might and Magic 3: WoG, since its release, play it occasionally.
Commandos 2, 2001-2002.
FreeLancer, 2003 - late 2003.
Recently:

Half Life: Counter-Strike, since Version 1.3 to steam 1.6, and still playing. Over 3 years.
Starcraft: Brood War, mid 1998 - 2004, and still playing. Over 5 years.

Marvel vs Capcom 2, played it about 1½ years, and still playing.
