What can I do differently?

Try an industrial/rockabilly mix. Be sure to include the phrases "Pastori is the man" and "Lana is a nerd" at least 3 times each in the lyrics, preferably in the chorus. In fact, here's what you can use as the chorus:

Spirit of Elijah, God's Guild Wars clan,
Silver got it started, and Pastori is the man--
Sydney is teh awesome, but Lana is a nerd,
Let's go pwn some n00bs or some Avicara birds!

That's... *sniff* *blows nose* AWESOME!!!! :D :D :D
Lana really is a nerd though, huh?

(lol j/k... or am I? )

Nah, you have to be reasonably smart to earn the title of nerd. Lana, aka. Mr. Slice, is just a lowly geek like the rest of us. :D

Wow, is it "pick on Lana week" and I didn't get the memo? haha

Seriously tho, I hope we get some more good input on this thread. I want to see WildBill take our guild to the next level, and its gonna take the help/advice/input of you guildies to do so.

I was trading with a guy the other day and he said "Hey you are in Spirit of Elijah, I was seriously considering applying for you guys, but ended up going in a friend's guild." He said he was a believer and that he found our site through a web search. He was real excited to hear that we are doing well and have a successful Christian guild. Made me think that if we could improve our web presence a little more that might recruit a few folks.

I guess a big thing along those lines, is encouraging our fellow guildmates to be active on the message boards.

Along those lines, I got a run from Ascalon City to Grendich awhile back and in the process of the run it came up that I was a Christian. Well, the runner was, too. He already had a guild but we had a nice little convo. Just yesterday he whispered me and asked if he could still join. So never think that your admission of faith in-game might not affect someone. :)

I agree with the posts concerning teaming up more whether it be hlelping a lowbee toon or groups in the higher lvls. Heck it could be fun just for laughs to get a team of 4 post ascended toons to rewrite the northern wall mission where instead of running from all the Charr chasing us we take the whole lot of them down. From what the toon builder says on GWFreaks says one of the bosses has mind burn on it if anyone needs to capture it.

Timing always seems to be a problem and I don't know a solution. I get a lot of enjoyment out of runs of any kind where I am grouped with SoE folks. Even when there are a lot of guys online it seems like most are either in the middle of a mission/quest or prefer going solo or with henchies. The time zone difference always is a barrier too.

That Northern Wall idea sounds like fun. Lots of guys think it is below a level 20's dignity to help out the lower levels but I enjoy it.

Back in my charr hide farming days I took my level 20 warrior and opened the gate at the Nolani Acadamy mission and killed every Charr there with Rurik's help. In all honesty, I can't do this consistently. About one of every 4 tries.

Bottom line is I get more enjoyment out of who I am with than what I am doing.

I totally agree with that last statement I hope I have been a help to the members of the Guild in the last week or so Fiona Dredd is always available to help even if I am questing with Cassie Dredd or Rahab Dredd (FYI if you try and message me when I am Cassie or Rahab it might be my little brothers they do not answer, and I always answer when I am online just a FYI)

re: other christian guilds...should we start sharing links with them? All the better to know that there are other Christian Guilds out there to do missions with...
