WHAT about those GIANTS?!

Eh? Won what?

Oh, that sports game on television? The filler between the Super Sunday advertisements?

Best Super Bowl in years imo. It sort of made me sad that the Pats didn't get their perfect season, then I remembered how they beat the Panthers a few years ago. It was honestly won by the better team, they fought every step of the way. Props to Eli for such a great game, as well as the Giants' defense. Great game. My 7 month old son shrieked and gargled and such with glee as well, but maybe that was because of all the colored jerseys moving around on the screen.

I actually didn't even know who was in the SuperBowl until 9:30 last night when I saw the post-game on FOX showing 3 minutes left on 10 yard line Patriots ball. I'm like WoW Giants in the superbowl to bad there going to lose. I'm a Giants fan btw not a die-hard fan last time I really watched football was the last time the Giants won the Superbowl.

My wife and I did watch the PuppyBowl last year, truthfully I'd rather watch it then a football game anyway.

I enjoyed the game, mostly. I've never liked football too much because you get 10 seconds of fun and then 30 seconds of waiting, and I HATE waiting.

Congrats to the Giants. You were the better team, and more humble in my opinion. Everytime the Pats did anything, they always did a dance, "LOOK AT ME!"

Which is the same reason I can't tolerate watching football or baseball on television. Watching baseball at the stadium without nodding off is hard enough.

EDIT: But seriously, high-speed Internet destroyed my already weakened attention span.

lol, that's why football/baseball should never be watched alone. Watching with a party is far more enjoyable, because those 'down times' can be used for socializing or running commentary.

...Oh wait. We're not supposed to be socialites in RL...

See, I actually LIKE football for that reason. It seems to be much more strategic with the stop-start gameplay. Every play is a new opportunity to get what you need to do done and the outcome of that play immediately affects what you have to do the next play. Maybe it's just personal preference, but I'm a big fan. Congrats to the Giants! That game was HUGE--the most entertaining in years.
