I've assembled all the base mats for a Thorium Rifle and a Sniper Scope:

• 18x Mithril Bar
• 1x Star Ruby
• 2x Truesilver Bar
• 7x Thorium Bar
• 2x Runecloth
• 2x Aquamarine
• 2x Thick Leather

Can I send these to an Engineer to have these two items crafted?
