Awesome!!! There are actually two open positions for the division that I am applying into, so my chances are twice as high! Asked the hiring manager at the end of the interview if he could offer any constructive criticism to which he answered no, I did a wonderful job, answered his questions, was confident and poised. Should know by friday if I got the job... *bites nails* will let you know. cool thing, minimum 43% pay jump if I get the offer.
