vet rewards

Interesting. Thanks for posting that. I'm not active, but I'll have to decide if it's worth a one month sub just to get the rewards.
 
It doesn't look like you have to have an active account iin order to allocate your rewards. I logged into my NCSoft account and was able to assign the rewards to each of my existing characters.
