This is a short note to inform the members of the guild of a few items. I am in the process of trying to get the new volunteers into their positions and a job description for each of them handed out so they know what the expectation is of them. This may take a week or two to get into full swing before you start seeing actual results, so I ask that you be patient and understanding in the meantime. I would aslo like to ask for some support from our members in the form of involvement for any new activities that become available (such as bible studies, raids, etc.) and prayer for our new people. We will be growing and learning alot of this as we go and want you, as members, to know we are striving to do our best for you. I would also ask that you post any ideas\suggestions in the forums for discussion and be sure that if it pertains to any specific area that we have leadership over, that you direct it towards them so it can be processed in a timely manner.
