The war effort is at 96% and I think it will be finished within a few days. It will then take 5 days for the AQ gates to open. When that happens, a new quest line in Silithus will be available called "Field Duty":

Note that many of the quests in this series cannot be solo'ed but will require a group to do them. They have changed some of the quest requirements from what we saw on the 1.9 test server.
In addition, the AQ20 and AQ40 instances will be opened. There will be a world event as the AQ gates opens as well and many big bosses will spawn across Azeroth, with many in Silithus. There big bosses will need a raid group to take them down and I understand they give quite a bit of brood of nozdomo rep but I am not sure about that.
Not too long after the gates open I expect the 1.10 patch to arrive, and it will change the existing 5/10/15 man dungeons and will give us a new Dungeon2 armor set. This new armor set has 4 blue pieces and 4 epic pieces. They are also going to change and re-itemize some of the existing dungeons too.
Feel free to post here with any details or new developments. I hope to see some leaked "Soulforge" armor for pallies any day now... for we have only seen the helm stats so far.
