I have a Boar (Ashmane Boar) on standby, with a Windserpent (Vale Screecher) and Cat (Broken Tooth) in the stables.

  • Avesther for enchanting my Battlecaller Gauntlets.
  • Acuity for the enchants. All seven of them.
  • Fjorboug for logging on at 10 p.m. Central and hooking me up with Mithril Spurs after I called him on his cell phone.
  • Mystique for advice on which pet to keep for PvP.
  • Everyone who helped me make it to level 48.
I'll be heading into the battlegrounds tomorrow, w00t!

Dude, I feel like when you go out and wage war in the BGs you are taking me with you. With the deluge of posts regarding your preparations and gearing up, I have been sucked in with you. (whether I had a choice or not, heheh)

For us regular Forum readers, you are our ambassador now, so own some Horde and let the battle reports flood in!

Aye, I did make a few long posts preparing for this day, but they were very helpful in organizing my thoughts and getting advice from guild members. It's cool to know that people read those posts and are interested in my PvP endeavors. :D

Yes, sir! I hope to join my first 41-49 battleground today once the servers are back up. I'll post a report after my first few battles.
 
unfortantly the 40-49 brackets seem to be going the way of the 30-39 brackets (Ie Dying)

and out of your list of bets i would say broken tooth is the best since he has a 1.0 attack speed and can really mess up the casters =)

though the boar is decent for that 1 second stun if you know how to time it right and chain lock a flag carriers healer/carrier themself.

and nice gear set up 2 things
1) you could run Sm armory and get raging zerker helm for 1% crit if you like
2) enchant the spear with +25agil =p

I've had some difficulty getting into battlegrounds, so I first have to decide whether or not to shelf Ulfbrikt until Blizzard revises world PvP in 1.12. In the one battleground I did play in, it seemed that my gear was more than sufficient to tackle my opponents.

If it becomes clear that I need further upgrades, then I'll price out the +25 Agility enchant and re-consider.
