I will attest to this personally. In my life I have seen my share of ups and downs, and always God is there, the key is look for Him before times of trouble so that going to Him for strength and refuge is easy and you know He is there. Right now both my wife and I have health problems and we both know our strength comes from Him always. Look for Him before your days of trouble.
