Tradeskills?

I am trying to figure out which tradeskill has the best offline money making through the broker, but also might help out my zerker with stuff.

Any ideas for a newb?
 
I am not 100% sure but I thought once that I heard alchemy was a great money maker. The other plus is that way you can make your own spell upgrades. Just a thought.
