Scavenging: Kamchaka, Colbi, Baldey
Butchering: Melko
Salvaging (send them shattered equipment): Reco, Schmeedeemed, Fjorboug
Talisman-making: Reco, Schmeedeemed, Fjorboug

Unfortunately for Reco and I, we also need green items from low level up to work our Talisman making. As green items are so rare, we will have to farm... :( the ugly word I heard we wouldn't be doing, for our mats to make talismans.
 
Ok, I'm confused. In the manual, it says that Scavenging gets items for Apothecary, but in several interviews, Mythic folks said that Scavenging gives items for Talismans-crafting.

Which is it? I'm so confused?!

-Salvaging for Talisman
-Cultivating for Apothecary
-Butchering and Scavenging for both

correct?

Oh, do any of the oils, lotions, powder made by Apothecaries persist through death?

I haven't seen any yet. That's really the beauty of talismans -- they persist for a set time no matter whether you die or not.

Of course, they're also a ton more expensive...
 
I really dislike the way talismans work. They last a relatively short time for the amount of work required to get them.

I have cultivating/apothecary on Julidottir and scavenging/talisman on Aurandris (who has so far been unable to get an invitation).

Thanks Gilga for throwing this together, helps to know who needs what for leveling stuff. I've been getting more stuff for talisman making (Sitheria has loaded me up) which I've ramped up to level 10 now. Already have tons of stuff for level 25+ so we should be seeing some good talismans available in the guild bank soon for everyone. There are currently some low level talismans in the guild bank for those wanting to fill a talisman slot or two on their gear though, so be sure to make use of them.
