Off-topic: Looks like he's using Trillian with the Microscopic 2.0 skin, Metallic Theme. I use the same skin for Trillian Pro on my PC.

extract it into your skins folder... you have to select it in options then restart steam.

(and its trllian pro 2 w/ microscopic pro 2 skin.)
