Quote[/b] ]Purpose
The purpose of this job is to advocate ToJ to non-member groups and other outside organizations, and to ensure that ToJ comes off "smelling like roses" to said organizations. A secondary purpose is to mediate discussions/disagreements between non-member players/clans/misc groups and a chapter leadership and/or/with the ToJ council.
Job Duties
1) Recruit Christians into ToJ
2) Recruit fledgling Christian clans (especially for new or upcoming games) to enter in as chapters for ToJ.
3) Enter Coops with other clans for chapters where we have little or no activity.
4) Mediate discussions, where NON Member players believe they have been abused by a Chapter's leadership
5) Appoint mediator's to arbitrate discussions, if there is a conflict of interest (such as if the discussion is over a banning in UT, and the PR Person is an UT Admin)
6) Council members and non-members as needed
7) Advertise ToJ, where appropriate (ie in Post-Your-Clan-Here Forums)
8) Be a point of contact for organizations/parties interested in any form of media exposure in regards to ToJ (this is such things as requests to have ads on our site, or magazine (print and online) articles, any other type of interviews).
Who position answers to
This position works directly beneath/with the Council, and is answerable directly to the ToJ Council, in daily activities, the position will recieve direction/report problems to the Council Liason (currently HesComingSoon)
Misc. Requirements
being fair, slow-to-anger, and a strong Christian are important aspects of this position.
