This weeks farming competition! (18 slot bags as rewards!)

This week we are asking you to do some more farming! We need two things, netherweave cloth, and netherweb spider silk! An 18 slot bag (selling for almost 60 gold right now...) will go to whoever farms the most of each type! (We will have a seperate winner for each category, you can't win both. Well, if you do happen to win both, we'll give you 1 bag, and some of my old purples.)

Netherweave can be farmed just about everywhere, including the auction house...

Netherweb spider silk droppes of several mobs, but Dreadfang Widows seem to be a favorite, and can be found here... http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=18467 They have a 15% drop rate.

Almost forgot to mention, second place in each category gets a 16 slot bag, AND a screenshot with your good buddy Treebranch in front of the dark portal for your desktop background. Now I know some of you will try to come in second, as that is a better prize than the first place people get, so we will make this an option for the first place winners in addition to the bag.

Just a quick suggestion -- if you're interested in Consortium rep (it's got some AMAZING gem designs, and quite a few patterns -- worth looking into) grind your way quickly to friendly and then start killing ogres in the center of Nagrand for Obsidian Warbeads. In maybe 8 hours this weekend, I got almost all the way to honored and collected around 300 netherweave!

Anyway, it's just a suggestion -- there might be better places to farm it, but if you want consortium rep, this is an amazing route.

As for netherweb, I did not get a single one sent in! Maybe Friday we'll give the 16 slot to whoever can do the best "murloc" impression over vent! I know Wall has been working in his impression...
