I emailed Amazon about the issue last night before I went to bed and I had an email when I checked first thing when I woke up this morning saying they would ship a replacement. They provided a shipping label by email, which I printed out and attached to the box. I plan to drop it by a UPS store later today. According to the email, I should have my replacement drive by Tuesday. I wish they'd just gotten it right the first time, but it looks like they're making it right!
