The 7F forums or something, whatever peeps have a WoW guild too...

I need to know:

A) How appropriate is the game
B) Is it PvP everywhere or is it like Guild Wars where once you leave a town its Pvotherstuff? Cuz I wanna know if I'd be fair game everywhere lol and
C) Is it hack-and-slash like a game should be or like Guild Wars and Star Wars: KoToR where you click to attack and use various skills?

1) Define appropriate.
2) There are 4 different kinds of servers: PVP PVE RPPVP RPPVE
3) Yes

a> I'm not sure what you mean by, "Is this game appropriate?" The game is entertaining, fun to play, easy to learn. Sometimes you have to deal with jerks, but you get that in every aspect of life. Putting them on your ignore list solves 99.9% of those problems.

b> On PvP and RP-PvP servers, you are fair game in any territory known as "Contested". Usually you don't have to deal with contested territories until you are about level 20. On PvE (Normal) and RP-PvE servers, you are only fair game in any territory known as "Enemy" territory. These would be enemy cities, starting zones and lowbie (under 20) zones. This is the most abreviated version of the difference between PvP and PvE servers.

c> It is a bit of both. The really tough encounters will require you to know your class well. And there are some encounters that are just nice mind numbing hack and slash your way through.

I think even then you have to type in /pvp.

To answer question 1. It is mostly appropreate. There is some objectional material, but it is mostly horde side and never in your face. For instance, one of the Night Elf /cheers is "Praise be Allune". There are a few off color jokes when you /silly such as one of the female toons i think dwarf says "Yes they are my real ones".

There is no blood or gore.

ok my thick skull and logic ignoring brain has recognized the fact that I am being vague

Could you do a mini-review of the game? If you could, plz include:

in GW there are people dancing around in there underwear... 0.o can you do that in WoW? I hope not...
what is the cleavage (right word? i dunno) on the womens armor
I don't mind magic, as long as I know that its a game and its fake, etc., so don't worry 'bout that

stuff like that

it would be my opinion that WoW has more depth to it than GW's as far as story and back story.

You can turn off any chat and you can ignore people.

ok I'm stuck between BF2 and WoW I think after my birthday is done (cuz I'm getting games then if I buy too many my parents are gonna get mad ;) ) I'll get BF2 since I already do GW and runescape...
