thinking of buying WOW

Before I begin i would like to ask for your forgivness because of my terrible spellling.

as you can tell from the title I have been recently thinking of buying of WOW. I tried a 10 day free trial and absolutly LOVED it. I wanted to ask anyone if they had seen a place where i could get it used. If i have to i will buy it full price (god forbid). yet if your thinking of selling your account or if you know of another place where i can get it please post.
 
Buying MMORPG used is usualy a bad idea simpy because there are a lot of scams that can let the orignal account starter take back the account. I recently saw WOW brand new at Gamestop for $29.99 not sure if that was a special or a new price.

No matter what you do..DO NOT BUY/TRADE used accounts. You are just asking to be scammed as previously mentioned. No matter what these type of traders tell you, its very easy to get back the account as exo mentioned. There is a monthly cost attached as well.

It is a very bad idea, Melko and Stoop already outlined why. Its against the TOS because it takes a customer away from Blizzard. Instead of having to buy a new account they now already have a level 60 and probably wont play as long as they would if they had to start from scratch. But theres nothing Blizzard can do if its dont one on one. ie. my neighbor buys my account. Its in your best intrest to buy an account and get the free month; instead of running around in shoes that done quite fit yet.

Edit. search Ebay for World of Warcraft, and do search by highest price first. Youll see that accounts can go up to $1000 easy. You wont find a cheap one for less than $50 anyway.

yea its crazy how much ppl would go out of the way for a game that they will forget in a few years...i heard azurex paid like 2k or something to get to warlord, not sure if that's a rumor but if true, its lame.

Your better off not cutting corners when buying WoW. One reason being the issue that has been addressed already of the original owner getting the account back. A guy on one of the old servers I played on had bought the account off a friend and had decked it out in epics. The friend decides to play WoW again and takes the account back :(, so this guy was pretty much left with nothing for all the work he had put into the toon. Secondly starting from lvl 1 and then going to 60 will help you understand your class a lot more as oppposed to being 60 and geared up for anything (unless you know what your doing with the toon).
