The apple stand located near Tyrian Savings and Loan in Lion’s Arch is to be shut down next week unless the owner comes forth with back payment for the rental space. The cart is registered to one Tybalt Leftpaw, and has been unmanned for some time now. Authorities say that any attempts to contact Tybalt have led to dead ends.
