interesting... would that flame perhaps be based on the pattern of a nautilous shell?
or the Fibonnaci numbers? (actually Fibonnaci numbers form the same pattern as the shell o.0)
it just... reminded me.
 
Actually I think the name for the script it was run on was "Spiral Batch 2". I used Apophysis to make it with.
 
The Gimp has become my new favorite program to play around with and create cool flames and stuff....

Created one the other day on an orange background, it was a white flame and it turned out looking like a hummingbird...an abstract humingbird of course....it was pretty cool....

Here is one I titled Hurricane.



I ran it through Photoshop and gave it a painting-like filter.

I definetly see the bird in that one Shyfroggy. One bit of advice that has helped me is....Its all in the gradient.

Here is one I made using another program called Chaoscope.
I titled it : Prototree

 
you can render the fractural in gimp against a transparent background. also it will save the last fract so you can change the gradiant in between, but it wont save it if you close gimp :(
 
i sense obsession... :)

i recently grabbed a googled picture of Link and Zelda and the Gollum In Business picture i made and created a funny powerpoint...

i still wish i had some type of gif. moving picture program so i could make the powerpoints more exciting...

though last time i downloaded things like that, my computer crashed for an overload of spyware/adware, so i avoid downloading anything now.
