Some good ideas for signs:

On a Plumber's truck:
"We repair what your husband fixed."

Pizza Shop Slogan:
"7 days without pizza makes one weak."

In a Nonsmoking Area:
"If we see smoke, we will assume you are on fire and take appropriate action."

On a Maternity Room door:
"Push. Push. Push."

At an Optometrist's Office:
"If you don't see what you're looking for, you've come to the right place."

On your fence at home:
"Salesmen are welcome! (Dog food is expensive)."

Outside a Muffler Shop:
"No appointment necessary. We heard you coming."

In a Veterinarian's waiting room:
"Be back in 5 minutes. Sit! Stay!"

In the front yard of a Funeral Home:
"Drive carefully. We'll wait."
 
Darn we just kick you like last week or something! We really need to figure out what we are going to do about having less inactive peeps!

Well, just don't kick me...I can't play the game for hours or days on end like you guys. I'll be active for a week or two and then stop playing for a week or two. Sorry for any trouble...

Kicking any member who's been inactive for only a month or so doesn't make anyone happy. But its better than denying membership to a currently active player who wants to join, because we can always invite the inactive member back once they become active again. Our guild needs the constant rejuvenation brought by the in-flux of new folks, and also old folks like you who return to active status. I'm glad we'll have you back and sorry for your inconvenience.

By the way, I commented on your avatar in the avatar thread - so now you should take your revenge while you have the chance and comment on mine! :D

On topic:
I thought we were gonna make Spirit of Elisha a bigger player in teh guild. With the addition of Alliances Elisha members could easily talk with Elijah members with the ability to chat over alliance channel. Plus the inactive list is getting smaller and smaller by the day. I really think Elisha should start to become a more active player in the ToJ Guild Wars community.

I hate to stay on a topic here when clearly it is not the intent of the thread, but want to chime in on this one. The officers will hopefully be chatting about this situation tomorrow (Thurs) evening. Up to this point, the Spirit of Elisha [ToJ] Guild has had only one member and that member did not have a factions key, so therefore, could not join any alliance. That account has recently been upgraded and I plan on pushing a character on that account through to HzH so that we can ally the guild assuming that is the direction decided by the officers. Thanks for your input.
