The Final Power

Just got exalted with the Golden Lotus this morning and there is more to it than just some vanity items and a tabard. It opens up some more quests, the last of which is "The Final Power". It is a really nice solo boss fight where you actually have to pay attention to the mechanics to complete it. The reward is a level 489 neck of your choice. Pretty nice!
 
Same thing holds true for some quests after getting exalted with the Klaxxi. The final quest reward is a 489 ring. I am wondering now, if getting exalted with other factions opens up quests that give epic rewards. Anyone know?
 
That does make a lot of sense, if only it wasn't so monotonous to slog through all the dailies to rep farm...
