I just installed it and got to lvl 9, did the research, 100% free to play now, there is a cash shop, but nothing mandatory or necessary!
I'm on the server Lake of Tears

So many free-to-play MMOs, so little game time.

(Hard drive space is no longer a concern now that I have a 2TB hard drive, though!)
 
I've enjoyed it so far, except the quest tracking and maps get some time for me to get used to.
 
Just tanked SM, now cleared both the lvl 20 and 26 instances, pretty fun, aggro is frustrating to manage at lower levels however, we need more peeps playing this!
 
I kinda got burned out already on it. The combat is so fun but the questing is just all kill 10 rats and there are too many other games pulling me right now.
