sv_pure?

Hey guys, I may be playing on your server a bit. But, I was just wondering what your sv_pure is set to. I have a custom fire animation that changes the fire into bubbles and would like to use it, because I don't quite like the idea of burning people. Thanks!

It's sv_pure "1" but you have to allow custom content in the whitelist as well. I went ahead and edited it to allow custom materials. So you know I've never had it that way before so if it causes problems/cheaters or if other players complain I'll have to put it back. For now go ahead and test to see if it works. If you are looking for a game Tuesday at 8:30 central is our game night. The server is not populated many other times. HF and cya later .

thanks. Chances are, you would only have to put particles on that white list. I believe you can do that. Ill test it sometime today if all goes well.

Also, just to put some confidence in you decision to put that on the whitelist, it appears the fish servers did it (as my custom fire works on both their servers) too. They are still populated and don't seem to have many problems.
